Sponsorship Opportunities
In order to ensure that your company achieves its marketing objectives by participating in the VIA Nordica 2012 a number of sponsorship packages are available.
Sponsorship package: Platinum - Price 20.000 €
The Platinum (Head Sponsor) sponsorship includes following:
- 1 page advertisement in the exhibition catalogue
- Sponsors logo in all congress, exhibition and programme brochures published after signing the contract
- Sponsors logo exclusively on signs in the congress building and on participants nametags
- Sponsors marketing brochure in the congress bag
- 4 congress registrations
- 12 m2 stand in the exhibition area. Separate agreement needed for a bigger stand or placement of equipment.
- Platinum Sponsor is exclusive for one company
Sponsorship package: Gold – Price 15.000 €
The Gold sponsorship includes following:
- Sponsors logo in all congress, exhibition and programme brochures published after signing of the contract
- 2 congress registrations
- A half page advertisement in the exhibition catalogue
- 9 m2 stand in the exhibition area. Separate agreement needed for a bigger stand or placement of equipment.
- Platinum and Gold sponsorship can be combined to a total price of 30.000 €. The total price of two Gold sponsorships combined is 25.000 €
- One of the options indicated below A, B, C or D
- More than one company can be Gold Sponsor
Following options are available for gold sponsorships
A) Congress bag, meme pad, pen
- Sponsors logo on the congress bag, memo pad and pen. Exclusive right with the exception of the conference logo.
- Sponsors marketing brochure in the congress bag
- As an alternative to the fixed sponsorship price the sponsor can pay the effective expenses of the products
B) Exhibition Hall coffee/lunch service sponsor
- Sponsors logo shown exclusively at all service points during the whole congress
C) Congress banquet sponsor
- Sponsors logo shown exclusively on the banquet menu cards
D) Congress memory stick sponsor
- Sponsors logo shown on the memory stick. Exclusive right with exception of the conference logo. The long-lasting memory stick includes the congress material.
Sponsorship package: Silver – Price 7.000 €
The silver sponsorship includes following:
- Advertisement at the internet café. A special area will be provided at the Congress venue for the Internet Café. The sponsor logo / name will be visible in the area. Sponsor can distribute leaflets / brochures at the area.
- 6 m2 stand in the exhibition area
- Sponsors logo in all congress, exhibition and programme brochures published after signing of the contract.
- Sponsors logo in the exhibition catalogue
- 1 congress registration
Advertisements
- 1 page advertisement in the exhibition catalogue or final programme - Sponsor cost: 2.000 €
- ½ page advertisement in the exhibition catalogue or final programme – Sponsor cost: 1.300 €
- Leaflet / Insert in Congress Bags – Sponsor cost: 700 €
