Accommodation has been pre-booked at all hotels in Reykjavík Centre as well as other major hotels near the centre for all expected participants. Kindly note accommodation bookings are made through the conference registration link and can not be booked directly to the hotels.

  Cancelation Policy        

• A written notification of cancellation should be sent to Congress Reykjavik. imma@congress.is
• Cancellation made before May 1, 2012 will be charged a service fee of € 60
• For cancellations made after May 1, 2012, we regret that no refunds of registration fee can be made.
• Individual accommodation booking will be refunded if cancellation is made 48 hours before arrival date (working days).
