Registration and hotels
To register for the Conference and to make an accommodation reservation, please complete the on-line registration form. Kindly read first the instructions and conditions given below.
Reservations will be handled on a "first come - first served" basis. Each form is to be filled in individually by only one participant. If you have problems with completing the online-form, please contact Congress Reykjavík (imma@congress.is)
Full payment for accommodation is required when registering on-line. The accommodation is to be paid in advance by credit card when registering. You need your credit card number, exp. date and the 3 digit security number at the back of the credit card.

Registration fees:
Early fee ISK 50.000 (approx EUR 325)
for delegates registering by 15th March.
Late fee ISK 58.000 (approx EUR 375)
for delegates registering after 15th.
Presenters registration fee ISK 42.000 (approx EUR 275)
for the presenter of an accepted abstract
Pre-conference workshop fee ISK 23.000 (approx EUR 150)
Delegate registration fee includes all coffees and lunches mentioned in the programme.
The Reception and the Conference Dinner are also included in the registration fee.
Pre-conference workshop fee includes coffees and lunch on Monday.

A written notification of cancellation should be sent to the Conference Organiser, imma@congress.is.
- Cancellation made before May 10 2011 will be charged a service of ISK 9.000
- Cancellation made after May 10 we regret that no refunds of registration fee can be made
- Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of ISK 6.000 ISK will then be charged.
- Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 48 hours in advance
- All refunds will be processed after the Congress and by credit card. Neither the Organizers nor the congress Secretariat can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.
