Háskólabíó is located within walking distance from the city centre and next to the Radisson SAS Saga Hotel.  Exhibition / space cost:      ISK.  60.000,- per m2 for up to 3 m2 Exhibition / space cost:      ISK.  50.000,-  per m2 for 4 m2 or more The cost is exclusive of electrics, furniture and floral arrangements. Order form Any company / organisation wishing to take part should complete the Order form which is to be found on the website (also enclosed). The Order form should be signed and returned with a credit card number as a guarantee for payment. Terms, conditions and confirmation The orders and allocation of exhibition space, advertisements and sponsorship will be dealt with on a first come first served basis upon receipt of the order form and guarantee of payment.  Once the allocation has been made, a confirmation will be mailed to you. Terms of payment   A deposit of 50% is required once the order has been confirmed by the organizers. Full payment is required in advance on / or before May 1 2008.  If payment is not received by this date the order is considered cancelled.
