Registration and Accommodation

Registration guidelines All participants should register on-line.  All reservations including registration, accommodation and social program should be made on the same electronic registration form. Events included in the registration fee should also be marked on the registration form. 

Payment is to be processed when registered and by Credit Card. 
To register you need your credit card number, exp. date and the 3 digit security number (CVC) at the back of the credit card.  Visa, MasterCard / Euro Card and Diners Club are accepted.

Alterations
Alterations to your registration must be made in writing and sent to Congress Reykjavik by fax or e-mail. (fax. + 354 585 3901, e-mail: imma@congress.is

Change of Name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of ISK 6.000 (€ 45) will then be charged.

Payment
 Payment for registration fees and accommodation should me made in advance when registered on-line.
Payment is to be made by Credit Card. Visa and Master Card / Euro Card.
Confirmation
After submitting your electronic registration you will receive an e-mail confirmation / invoice.
Cancellations and refunds
A written notification of cancellation should be sent to Congress Reykjavik. Cancellation made before July 15,  2011 will be charged a service fee of ISK 9.000 (€ 60). For cancellations made after July 15,   we regret that no refunds of registration fee can be made.
Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 48 hours in advance.

Accommodation

Full payment for accommodation is required when registering on-line. The accommodation is to be paid in advance by credit card when registering. You need your credit card number, exp. date and the 3 digit security number at the back of the credit card.
All reservations are handled by Congress Reykjavik. Possible changes of your hotel reservation as well as cancellation must be made in writing to Congress Reykjavik. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

The hotel rates are per room, per night in EUR, including breakfast, tax and service

		Hotel Reykjavik Centrum is a new first class hotel in the heart of the city, opened on April 1st 2005. It is located on one of Reykjavik’s oldest streets, Adalstraeti, in a newly renovated building, the oldest part of which was built in 1764.
