Accommodation

Full payment for accommodation is required when registering on-line. The accommodation is to be paid in advance by credit card when registering. You need your credit card number, exp. date and the 3 digit security number at the back of the credit card.
All reservations are handled by Congress Reykjavik. Possible changes of your hotel reservation as well as cancellation must be made in writing to Congress Reykjavik. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

The hotel rates are per room, per night in ISK, including breakfast, tax and service.

Hotel Cabin Hotel
Cabin offers 3 different types of rooms. The standard rooms are the rooms that the hotel already had to offer but by offering the deluxe and superior rooms we can now serve a more diverse group of tourists. The main difference between the standard rooms and the deluxe rooms is that the deluxe rooms are bigger and come with a bathtub with shower. The superior rooms are the best rooms in the hotel. They are all situated on the hotel's 7th floor and offer a magnificent view of the city or the ocean. To ensure that the guest enjoys the view fully these rooms come with big windows. Furthermore, these rooms come with free wireless internet, a refrigerator, a tee – and coffee maker and a hairdryer.

While many of the rooms offer excellent scenic views, 23 of them have windows facing directly onto the hotel corridor. This has proved a particularly welcome option among those visitors who have found it difficult to sleep in the brightness of Reykjavík's long summer nights.

Alterations
Alterations to your registration must be made in writing and sent to Congress Reykjavik by fax or e-mail.

Change of Name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of ISK 6.000 (Euro 35) will then be charged.

Confirmation
After submitting your electronic registration you will receive an e-mail confirmation / invoice.

Cancellations and refunds
A written notification of cancellation should be sent to Congress Reykjavik. Cancellation made before April 15, 2010 will be charged a service fee of ISK 9.000 (Euro 50). For cancellations made after April 15, we regret that no refunds of registration fee can be made.
Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 48 hours in advance.

All refunds will be processed after the Congress and by credit card. Neither the Organizers nor the Congress Secretariat can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.
