Abstract guidelines
Please read these instructions carefully before preparing your abstract and submitting.

Submission deadline is extended to: April 1, 2010
1. Abstract text - limited to 300 words. The abstract must be written in Word. Then when finished just paste it into the appropriate box "Abstract". Typing your text directly into the field is not recommended.
The text should be in English, typed with single line spacing, using 12pt. Times New Roman, or Symbol font for a, b, m, etc.
Please do not put the title into the Abstract text box.
2. Black and white figures, tables or graphs which you wish to include in the abstract should be image files and submitted under the "Abstract Images" module. Images should be submitted in JPG/BMP format, maximum width 13cm, height 18cm and resolution up to 150dpi
3. The abstract should give the objectives of the study, the methods used, the results obtained, and the conclusions reached.
4. The organisers reserve the right to accept or refuse an abstract, to designate papers either as oral or poster presentations and to choose a suitable session for the abstract. Notice of acceptance will be E-mailed to the submitting author by April 1, 2010.
5. The submitting author must register as congress delegate and pay the registration fee. Abstracts without paid registration fee will not be accepted for the congress or published in the abstract book. Registration may be done after the submitting, when author has received notification of acceptance. Deadline for low registration fee is April 15, 2010
6. Abstracts which have not been prepared according to these instructions will not be published in the abstract book.
7. Acknowledgement of receipt of the submission will be sent to your e-mail address. If you do not receive the confirmatory e-mail within 24 hours, please contact Congress Reykjavik, tobba@congress.is
8. The presenting author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract.
9. It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author, if accepted.
10. Authors can submit their abstracts on-line only, no paper or diskette submissions will be accepted.
11. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book, given to all delegates attending the Congress.
Oral Presentation
LCD projection will be available for Oral Presentations.
Poster Presentation
The poster will be mounted on a panel of 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height).
