Change of Name Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of ISK 5.000 will then be charged. Cancellation made before May 3 will be charged a service fee of 8000.-ISK. For cancellations made after May 3 we regret that no refunds of registration fee can be made. Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 48 hours in advance. All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
