ON-LINE REGISTRATION
Registration guidelines
All participants should register on-line. All reservations including registration, accommodation and social program should be made on the same electronic registration form. Events included in the registration fee should also be marked on the registration form. Each delegate must use a separate registration.
Payment is to be processed when registered and by Credit Card.
To register you need your Credit Card number, valid thru date and the 3 digit security number at the back of the Credit Card. Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard and Diners Club are accepted.
Registration fee before May 15, 2010: ISK 75.000 (Euro 400)
Registration fee after May 15, 2010: ISK 90.000 (Euro 480)

Accommodation
Full payment for accommodation is required when registering on-line. The accommodation is to be paid in advance by credit card when registering. You need your credit card number, exp. date and the 3 digit security number at the back of the credit card.
All reservations are handled by Congress Reykjavik. Possible changes of your hotel reservation as well as cancellation must be made in writing to Congress Reykjavik. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
The hotel rates are per room, per night in ISK, including breakfast, tax and service.

Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of ISK 6.000 (Euro 35) will then be charged.

Confirmation
After submitting your electronic registration you will receive an e-mail confirmation / invoice.
Cancellations and refunds
A written notification of cancellation should be sent to Congress Reykjavik. Cancellation made before May 10, 2010 will be charged a service fee of ISK 9.000 (Euro 50). For cancellations made after May 10, we regret that no refunds of registration fee can be made.
Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 48 hours in advance.
All refunds will be processed after the Congress and by credit card. Neither the Organizers nor the Congress Secretariat can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.

Hotel Reykjavik Centrum, Hotel Reykjavik Centrum is a 4 star hotel in the heart of the city centre.
