Registration Registration guidelines All participants should register on-line.  All reservations including registration, accommodation and social program should be made on the same electronic registration form. Events included in the registration fee should also be marked on the registration form.  Each delegate must use a separate registration. Accompanying persons are to be registered on the same form as the delegate. Payment is to be processed when registered and by Credit Card.  To register you need your credit card number, exp. date and the 3 digit security number at the back of the credit card. Alterations Alterations to your registration must be made in writing and sent to Congress Reykjavik by fax or e-mail. Change of Name Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of ISK 6.000 (Euro 35) will then be charged. Confirmation After submitting your electronic registration you will receive an e-mail confirmation / invoice.   Cancellations and refunds A written notification of cancellation should be sent to Congress Reykjavik. Cancellation made before April 25, 2010 will be charged a service fee of ISK 9.000 (Euro 50). For cancellations made after April 25, we regret that no refunds of registration fee can be made. Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 48 hours in advance and in writing.
